Poursteady was started in 2015 by 2 robotics engineers, Mark Sibenac and Stuart Heys. Applying the same engineering and technology they used for NASA and the pharmaceutical industry, they built the world’s first automatic pour-over coffee maker. PS1 5-Cup System
The Poursteady PS1 5-cup system is a semi-automated pour-over coffee machine that is created and assembled in the USA. A barista can make around 1 cup of coffee per minute or over 60 cups per hour when all stations are in use. Pour-over coffee becomes a simple and quick task with just a press of a button. You will be able to easily handle a number of pour-over profiles at one time. Customers can enjoy better coffee with less waiting.
Poursteady App
The PS1 comes with a Poursteady app that lets you manage your machine anywhere via internet connection. It allows you to create, edit, and assign recipes to your machine. You can instantly share your new recipe to all your Poursteady machines in multiple locations.
Creating custom recipes is also easy to do with Poursteady’s professional cloud-based interface. You can program your roasts with custom pour pulses and varying pour patterns. You can also control the number of pours, amount of water, and the time between each pour. Each recipe you program on a station is consistently recreated every time you press the button.
